When it came time to return home to the 505 after “doing time” in Hollywood, storyteller Paul Meyer found himself inspired by memories from his youth. After recalling lazy summer days spent eating ice cream and cookies while climbing the high branches of the cottonwood trees of the North Valley of Albuquerque, a concept was born — a concept that aims to ignite playfulness, and a sense of childlike wonder.
Now, with his partner in crime, Irma Ruiz, the two set out to tell a new story. A story of unique small-batch, big-flavor homemade ice cream treats paired with stacks of decadent and chewy cookie goodness. Additionally, they will offer freshly brewed coffee, espressos, and cappuccinos, alongside blue corn burnt butter biscuits … and more!
